Returns Policy
We want you to love your BioHack London experience. If something isn’t quite right, we offer free returns within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
- Your item(s) must be unused, in original packaging, and in “as new” condition.
- Items must not have been marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable,” unless faulty.
- Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
Please email Info@BioHackLondon.com with your order number and photos of the item(s) you wish to return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide a prepaid return label.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirmation. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
If you return part of a bundle or multi-pack, pricing will be adjusted based on the items you keep, and the refund will reflect the remaining balance.
